Introduction to Minnesota Criminal Expungement Training

This training is for volunteers interested in taking on clients for criminal expungement. We will go over criminal expungement basics including the types of Criminal Expungements available in Minnesota, eligible offenses, required waiting periods, and the factors courts consider in their decision-making. Volunteers can learn more about criminal expungement and bring any questions they have. This training will be held via Zoom. Please fill out the RSVP form if interested.
