Volunteer Lawyers Network uses the power of volunteers to protect and enforce the legal rights of low-income Minnesotans.

Protecting bank accounts from garnishment, preventing unlawful evictions, getting workers the wages they are owed and helping parents obtain custody of their children are just some of the ways our volunteers make a difference.

Currently in Minnesota there is one lawyer for every 250 people. However, for those experiencing poverty, there is one Legal Aid Lawyer for every 3,200 people!

Help us make sure these people receive equal protection under the law.
