Volunteer Lawyers Network and Legal Services State Support present a two-part webinar on Chapter 7 bankruptcies for low-income Minnesotans.
Both sessions are presented by Chapter 7 panel trustee Mary Jo Jensen-Carter and attorney Janine Hedback. The seminar guides participants through a Chapter 7 bankruptcy filing and is designed for attorneys new to the practice of consumer bankruptcy. Topics include how to conduct the initial interview; completing the petition; attending the meeting of creditors; and an overview of the schedules and creditors’ rights.
Please Note: If you intend on attending both sessions of this training, you need only register for the Zoom webinar one time.
This training is free.
