At Risk Juveniles: From State Court Petition to Green Card

Join the Advocates for Human Rights and Volunteer Lawyers Network for this free CLE as we dive into the intersection of juvenile court proceedings and immigration law!

Participants will learn about At-Risk guardianships and the I-360 (SIJS) application process for youth aged 18-21, which ensure vulnerable juveniles receive protection while pursuing lawful permanent residency in the United States. This CLE will cover:

• Eligibility for At Risk Juvenile Guardianship
• Filing the Juvenile Court petition, including seeking SIJS findings
• Eligibility for and process to apply for SIJS
