  • Custody – legal advice, brief services, or full representation
  • Third-party custody cases – legal advice, brief services, or full representation

Depending on a client’s eligibility, VLN provides legal services in the seven-county metro area in the following issue:

  • Uncontested adoptions – legal advice, brief services, or full representation 

If you are seeking representation in a case, you will need to

  • Complete an intake for both financial eligibility and issue eligibility by calling our intake line.
  • Be scheduled for an appointment for screening to see if you are eligible for further services.

If you are seeking advice, you will need to

  • Complete an intake for both financial eligibility and issue eligibility by calling our intake line.
  • If you are eligible, you will be scheduled with a phone call with an attorney.  This is not an immediate service, and you will need to wait for an available appointment before speaking with an attorney.
