Liberian Refugee Immigration Fairness Cases: Proving Liberian Citizenship Or Nationality And Other RFE Issues

This training is for lawyers and advocates working on LRIF cases. Liberian Refugee Immigration Fairness provides an opportunity for certain Liberian nationals, spouses, and children to obtain lawful permanent resident status. Applications must be received by December 20, 2020. The speakers will address trends they are seeing on RFE’s, strategies for addressing RFE requests, information about Liberian nationality law and proving nationality, and other issues affecting LRIF applicants.
