VLN’s Annual Housing Law Seminar is broken up into five trainings (every Friday at noon) during the month of April. Each session will be targeted towards giving volunteers the skills they need to provide services at the end of the eviction moratorium. We encourage any volunteer that is interested in providing services at the end of the moratorium to attend as many of these sessions as possible. All seminar sessions are free to all.

Settling Cases: Settlement Agreements, Mediators, and Financial Assistance
Good settlement agreements can provide many significant benefits to both parties. But what is a good settlement agreement and what could/should it contain? VLN staff and local experts on mediation and financial services will discuss how those services can assist parties in coming to settlements.
