DESCRIPTION:Volunteer Lawyers Network and Legal Services State Support present a two-part webinar on Chapter 7 bankruptcies for low-income Minnesotans. \nBoth sessions are presented by Chapter 7 panel trustee Mary Jo Jensen-Carter and attorney Janine Hedback. The seminar guides participants through a Chapter 7 bankruptcy filing and is designed for attorneys new to the practice of consumer bankruptcy.
