SUMMARY:Tri-Bar Event: Unpacking the MN Debt Fairness Act - What You Need to Know
DESCRIPTION:This CLE is a hybrid webinar and presented in partnership with Minnesota Attorney General Keith Ellison’s Office\, Volunteer Lawyers Network\, and Fredrikson & Byron \nThis CLE will cover the many changes to Minnesota’s laws on medical debt\, bankruptcy\, debt collection\, and wage garnishment brought about by the Minnesota Debt Fairness Act signed into law in May 2024\, inspired by the ATJ Committee’s 2023 Consumer Debt Litigation Report.
