The pandemic has brought a lot of changes and has moved a lot of people around. And, housing court is no different. Hear from three of the newer housing court referees in three different judicial districts about the importance of having volunteers in court and tips for practicing in housing court.

Hear from a panel of experienced volunteers share their tips and tricks about effectively providing pro bono services to clients. What resources do they find most helpful? What advice do they have volunteers just starting out? And, how do they work with difficult clients?
