Steady, scheduled donations from people like you who believe in equal access to justice are essential to making pro bono happen.

All it takes is a few dollars from each paycheck to bring the power of the law to Minnesotans in need.

Giving to Volunteer Lawyers Network through your employer is the simplest and surest way to see that your support for our clients never wavers.

Talk to your employer today about workplace giving!

Here are a few of the most common ways our dedicated donors support VLN through work:

United Way
You can designate contributions to VLN though United Way’s Donor Choice program. Ask your employer for a pledge form and follow the instructions, or include our contact information: Volunteer Lawyers Network, 600 Nicollet Mall, Suite 390A, Minneapolis, MN 55402.

Dollars for Doers/Volunteer Match
If you volunteer your time with VLN, your employer may make a donation commensurate with the hours you donate. Ask your employer if they offer this option to encourage volunteering.

Matching Gifts
Employer gift matching programs are an easy way to double donations made to Volunteer Lawyers Network.  Your employer may have a gift matching program that will either match a donation you made or time you spent volunteering with Volunteer Lawyers Network.  For some employers, even retirees or spouses can have their gifts matched.  Many employers will make a full or partial match of employee contributions in recognition of your generosity. Our Employer Identification Number (EIN) is 41-0988459.  Matching gift forms can be emailed to Molly Whelan at [email protected] or mailed to our office: Volunteer Lawyers Network, 600 Nicollet Mall, Suite 390A, Minneapolis, MN 55402.
